Recently, in our Mommy and Me lessons, students have started to learn a new letter every week. This week’s letter is “M” for our student M chan. So we made a craft using the letter M to make a mouse. Students really enjoyed adding the ears, nose and learning new words like “whiskers”. We practiced saying “M is for mouse” together. Students are able to enjoy the sound and shape of the letters. In our next class, we will learn the letter “N”. I wonder what we will make…..
Since Grandparent’s Day is coming up soon, we made a card for students to give to their grandparents. This month’s book is called “Dinosaur Roar!, which focuses on opposites such as “Dinosaur roar, Dinosaur squeak”. Students painted the bottom of their feet green and placed them on paper to make the shape of a dinosaur. They enjoyed making this craft together!
